Throughout the years, I have developed fitness programs for a wide range of individuals, including beginners, athletes, teens, pregnant women, pre-and-post natal women, seniors, those with physical challenges, and individuals with special needs such as cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, post-accident trauma, Parkinson's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. In my personal life, I engage in my athletic passions as a sprint triathlete, avid mountain biker, skier, and overall outdoor enthusiast. Competing as a triathlete has allowed me to train rigorously alongside fellow competitors, enhancing my sports conditioning.
